Amanda Martin

Amanda (she/her) is a white, queer, cisgender able-bodied Jewish therapist and mother who has been working as a therapist since 2012. She is passionate about supporting women and birthing people of all genders through the transitional waters of the perinatal period, bringing her training in psychodynamic and relational theories as well as in EMDR. Amanda acknowledges the ways that systems impact individuals in how she engages her therapeutic work, and holds the connections between work done in therapy and work done to resist oppression outside of therapy as necessary for healing on both individual and communal levels.
