Amy Delira

Amy is a licensed and endorsed psychotherapist with over 10 years’ experience supporting parents and their young children through the perinatal period, infancy, and early childhood. As a mom + therapist, Amy knows just how messy and beautiful and overwhelming it can all feel sometimes. She understands how important a parent’s wellness is to their experiences in parenthood and to the mental health and development of their children. Amy also know that within each of us is an infant and young child who has a story to tell and that our wounds can become our children’s wounds if we don’t do our own healing work. Amy is certified in perinatal and postpartum mental health, endorsed in infant and early childhood mental health, and rostered in child-parent psychotherapy— these credentials mean she has both extensive training and years of experience that support the work she does with parents and families with young children. As an experienced relational therapist, Amy helps parents and their young children reprocess trauma, break generational cycles and mend relational difficulties as a pathway towards integration, restoring balance and finding wellness. Amy’s therapeutic approach is relational, holistic, and deeply rooted in the transformative power of human connection. Through her understanding of somatic and body-oriented modalities and practices such as EMDR, yoga and mindfulness, she can support deeper exploration and healing in the therapy space. Amy is dedicated to providing services that help heal systemic trauma, honor our shared and diverse cultural experiences, and advance social justice for the families and communities she works with.
