Betty Flores

Betty’s personal experience with postpartum anxiety and depression influenced her passion to support those struggling through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, and/or miscarriage. You are not alone, and you do not have to struggle alone. She is Certified in Perinatal Mental Health and received her training Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through PSI (Postpartum Support International) and is trained in EMDR, working towards certification. She continues to grow as a clinician by participating in different trainings focused on perinatal mental health, participating in peer consultation with other perinatal mental health and EMDR clinicians, along with working to collaborate with providers in the area to ensure clients receive optimal care and resources. She takes a client-centered approach to therapy. Her goal is to work alongside you to find balance, feel grounded, be present, and re-establish your individual identity within your “new normal”.
