Laura Brunskill

Laura is a Registered Social Worker in London, Ontario, Canada who specializes in helping new parents adjust to the many life changes that come along with adding a tiny human to the family. She helps parents through planning for a new baby, postpartum depression & anxiety, and other parenting concerns. Laura also loves working with parents of older children to help them manage their stress and find more balance in their lives. Laura helps adults with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, and pregnancy and postpartum concerns. Laura also provides parent coaching. She is trained in EMDR and has extensive training in perinatal mental health. In working with Laura, you will begin to feel more confident and connected within your family and relationships with others, while embracing self-compassion to let the idea of perfection go. She will break things down into small steps so you can catch your breath. This may look like working through what’s going on right now, or exploring past experiences where this worry has also been a piece of the puzzle. With you, she can work on your path to healing, and explore how to align yourself with your values. With who you want to be, as a parent, a partner, a coworker, a human being. You can expect warmth and compassion in each visit, a space where you can be brave and together.
