Lorain Moorehead

Lorain is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and clinical supervisor and works with clients and therapists throughout the state of Arizona. Beyond Arizona, she is also able to provide a portion of the consultation hours necessary for EMDR Certification as a Consultant-In-Training. Lorain provides instruction to students in the field at the graduate level and enjoys training and teaching opportunities. With more than 15 years experience providing therapy to children and families, Lorain works extensively with caregivers adjusting to the new demands of parenthood, birth story trauma, infertility and anxiety and intrusive thoughts throughout the lifespan. Lorain receives ongoing advanced training to provide evidenced-based interventions to clients, and is EMDR Certified, as well as Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). She uses additional modalities including CBT and DBT in her regular practice as well.
