I am a licensed, clinical social worker with an emphasis on a holistic, client centered, and trauma-informed approach. The process of beginning therapy can be a time of incredible vulnerability, whether this next step is for you, your child, or a loved one. I strive to create a safe and authentic environment to help my clients identify and achieve lasting change in their lives. Whether you are working through past trauma, processing the perinatal or postpartum period, or looking to improve your overall quality of life, I understand that you are the ultimate expert. I use a variety of treatment modalities and I am certified in TF-CBT and trained in CPP (Child-Parent Psychotherapy), Perinatal EMDR, play therapy, and other evidence-based models. I also hold a specialized certification in Perinatal Mental Health to offer therapeutic support to women experiencing symptoms of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. The journey one takes to achieve mental wellness looks different for everyone. My ultimate goal is to empower clients to unlock their full potential in a fast-paced modern society, while providing a personalized, tailored approach.
