Rebecca Carr

Rebecca is a licensed clinical psychotherapist supporting women for over twenty years. Her work focuses on challenges in the perinatal period as well as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Rebecca is certified by Postpartum Support International as a perinatal mental health specialist. She is an EMDR therapist is the lens through which healing is guided. As a mom herself, she understands the rewards but also the struggles that come with parenthood. We all have stuff and sometimes that stuff gets in the way or causes distress. Rebecca's interactive practice utilizes an individualized blended approach of Cognitive-Behavioral and EMDR Therapies, helping women to live an essentially better life.
