This asynchronous/on-demand workshop will delve into core concepts in ego-state therapies and in perinatal mental health. Building on that foundation, Robin and Mara will guide participants to explore and understand their own ego-states and how they intersect with issues that present with perinatal clients. Then, delving in-depth into common perinatal themes, Robin and Mara will teach participants how to integrate case conceptualization and apply ego-state approaches to this work. Finally, they will explore specific, complex issues that arise in the perinatal period, applying ego-state approaches. This course utilizes demo, discussion, and personal experiential exercises.

CE credits are calculated based on total video content hours. Readings are supplemental and are not calculated towards CE credit. A post-workshop quiz is required in order to obtain CE credits. This workshop was held and recorded in September, 2023.
